Designing a city

During the last month students in CE2 have been learning vocabulary and expressions about the city. As a final task and after some weeks practicing they designed their cities in small groups. 

First they decided a name for their city and they drew the streets and main areas. Then, they cut, stuck and wrote their favorite buildings and places. 

Finally they presented it to the class and answered questions such as “Where is the school?” “Has your town got a train station?”
